On Saturday 15th of December, Alvaro was one of the headliners of the traditional Italian Christmas Concert "Concerto di Natale" celebrated at the Aula Paolo VI in Vatican City in order to raise money for papal relief funds in support of refugees and millions of poor children without access to good education. In addition to performing La Cintura and the Catalan christmas carol Fum Fum Fum, Alvaro also joined the other artists of the lineup to sing together John Lennon's song Happy Xmas (War is Over) and they also brought a beautiful new version of the legendary song We Are the World written by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie and recorded in 1985 to fight famine and poverty in Africa.

El sábado 15 de diciembre, Álvaro fue uno de los protagonistas del tradicional concierto navideño italiano "Concerto di Natale" que fue celebrado en la sala Aula Paolo VI en la Ciudad del Vaticano, esto con el objetivo de recaudar dinero en apoyo de los millones de refugiados y niños sin acceso a buena educación. Además de interpretar su éxito mundial La Cintura y el villáncico catalán Fum Fum Fum, Álvaro también se unió a los demás artistas del cartel para cantar junto con ellos el tema Happy Xmas (War is Over) de John Lennon y también presentaron una nueva versión muy bella y conmovedora de la canción legendaria We Are the World compuesta por Michael Jackson y Lionel Richie y grabada en 1985 a fin de luchar contra el hambre en África.
